1. What is the mission and vision of TechJutsu?

Mission: To deliver an extraordinary experience by designing identity solutions that reduce security risks.
Vision: TechJutsu aims to be your one-stop-shop for any step in your Identity and Access Management Journey.

2. Why is trustworthy digital identity critical for existing and emerging markets?

Digital trust is the foundation of the modern economy. As organizations increasingly rely on AI, digital identities, and automated workflows, verifying who is behind every interaction has become essential. Without trusted identity verification, businesses face growing risks from fraud, social engineering, AI-generated impersonation, and account compromise.

Strong identity verification protects people and organizations while enabling innovation. It allows businesses to confidently adopt AI-powered services, deliver seamless digital experiences, comply with evolving regulations, and build lasting customer trust.

3. How will digital identity transform the Canadian and global economy? How does your organization address challenges associated with this transformation?

Digital trust will become one of the defining enablers of the AI economy. As organizations increasingly rely on AI agents, digital identities, and automated services, the ability to verify identities securely and seamlessly will determine how confidently businesses, governments, and individuals embrace digital transformation. For Canada, this represents an opportunity to lead in trusted digital innovation. Organizations that can establish trust in every interaction will be better positioned to adopt AI, reduce fraud, strengthen customer confidence, and compete globally. Globally, the challenge is that traditional methods of identity verification have not kept pace with technology. Organizations continue to rely on knowledge-based authentication, security questions, and manual processes that are vulnerable to social engineering, AI-generated impersonation, and increasingly sophisticated fraud. These outdated approaches create friction for legitimate users while failing to stop modern attackers.

TechJutsu addresses this challenge by replacing outdated verification methods with trusted multi-factor authentication during real-time interactions. Our CallerVerify and OrgVerify platforms enable organizations to verify identity across phone calls, chat, video meetings, collaboration platforms, and AI-powered service desks, using the identity infrastructure they already trust. This allows organizations to strengthen security without adding complexity or disrupting user experiences.

4. What role does Canada have to play as a leader in this space?

Canada is well positioned to lead by developing trusted identity verification solutions, fostering collaboration between government, industry, and academia, and creating standards that enable secure digital interactions. By making digital trust a national priority, Canada can strengthen its economy, protect citizens and businesses, and help shape the future of responsible AI.

5. Why did your organization join the DIACC?

TechJutsu joined DIACC because we believe digital trust is built through collaboration, not individual innovation. As identity fraud, AI-powered impersonation, and social engineering continue to evolve, organizations need interoperable, standards-based approaches to identity verification. We joined DIACC to contribute our expertise in real-time identity verification, collaborate with industry leaders, and help shape the future of trusted digital interactions.

6. What else should we know about your organization?

We also believe innovation is driven by people. We invest in continuous learning, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and actively support the next generation of technology professionals, particularly women entering cybersecurity and technology leadership.
