- Alberta.ca Account allows residents and businesses to access a wide range of provincial services with a single identity account. Verification includes mailed PIN-based activation for secure access.
- The Alberta Wallet launched in August 2025 as a digital credential wallet. The Alberta Mobile Health Card is the first verifiable credential available, giving health facilities such as hospitals the ability to scan a resident’s card and access information such as name, date of birth, and personal health number. The QR code contains a resident’s full credentials and a digital signature that proves the credential was issued by the Ministry of Primary and Preventative Health Services.
