Short Description:

  • Alberta.ca Account (MADI) allows residents and businesses to access a wide range of provincial services with a single identity account. Verification includes mailed PIN-based activation for secure access.
  • The Alberta Mobile Health Card gives some health facilities, such as hospitals, the ability to scan a resident’s card and access your information such as name, date of birth and personal health number. The QR code used contains a resident’s full credentials and a digital signature that proves the credential was issued by the Ministry of Primary and Preventative Health Services.
