This landmark legislation represents a significant milestone in Canada’s digital transformation journey and demonstrates Quebec’s leadership in advancing secure, citizen-centric digital solutions.

The legislation’s emphasis on data governance, cybersecurity, and digital sovereignty aligns perfectly with DIACC’s Pan-Canadian Trust Framework and demonstrates a comprehensive approach to building trustworthy digital ecosystems.
DIACC looks forward to continuing its collaboration with the Ministère de la Cybersécurité et du Numérique and other stakeholders as Quebec implements this transformative initiative.
